What are we solving in Ütübüs?
The challenge is more than an app interface. Customer requests, item counting, payment status, staff actions and courier deliveries are connected workflows that need consistent state and clear responsibilities.
Customer experience

Staff workflows connect item intake, counting and subsequent steps in a defined sequence.

Daily assignments and unsuccessful deliveries need predictable states and recovery paths.
